Winter Shipping Warning
Do to the harsh winter condition in Canada from November to March we try our best to protect our products from freezing. We use the card system for the products to be picked up at the post office with Canada Post.
Neither us or our courier services can guaranty delivery process that will be 100% . If you have any concern about the products not being guarantied we can withhold your order for a milder time of the year just send us an e-mail prior of ordering and we will put that order on hold for shipping. But if you wish to proceed regardless then the risk of damage do to the cold will not be reimburse.
